Do I need any experience:
Not at all! Our parties are structured for the ordinary woman that want to let their inner diva out.
What do I wear ?
We want you to be comfortable, so wear clothes you feel comfortable
in. For parties that include pole work, shorts are highly recommended as the gripping w/your thigh on the pole
is very important to learn the art of pole work. (High heels are encouraged)
Privacy:
The classes we teach are fun, safe, intimate, and intense. We
ask each participant for their complete confidentiality. What we teach & learn in class stays in our class.
What are classes like?
Classes are
a combination of strength training, toning, with a touch of sex appeal mixed with the different dance routines. All classes are small, professional, and will be conducted in a fun, clean, and safe environment.

Planning a party?
Yes, we do offer private group parties & discounts. Themes: Bachelorette
Party, Birthday Party, Toy Party or Girls Night Out. We will teach you and your group of family & friends how to
pole dance, lap dance, or educate you on novelty items! Must have a minimum of six ladies.
